Goozy is an influencer marketing platform connecting fashion influencers with premium brands. We facilitate partnerships, track sales, and manage commission payments.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Goozy website and services
  • "Creator" refers to influencers who promote products through our platform
  • "Brand" refers to companies offering products through our platform
  • "Commission" refers to earnings paid to creators for successful sales
  • "Campaign" refers to promotional activities created by brands

3. Terms for Creators

3.1 Eligibility

To become a creator on Goozy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have an active social media presence
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Commission Structure

Commission rates vary by brand and campaign type:

  • Discount Code Campaigns: 5-20% commission per sale
  • Personal Store Page: 12-25% commission per sale
  • Specific rates are displayed for each campaign
  • Commissions are calculated on the final sale price (after discounts)

3.3 Payment Terms

Creator payments are processed as follows:

  • Commissions have a 14-day holding period after order completion
  • Payments are processed monthly on the 15th of each month
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut
  • Minimum payout threshold may apply (if specified in your creator dashboard)
  • Refunded orders will have their commissions deducted

3.4 Content Guidelines

When promoting products, creators must:

  • Create authentic and honest content
  • Clearly disclose sponsored content and affiliate links
  • Comply with FTC guidelines and local advertising laws
  • Not make false or misleading claims about products
  • Respect brand guidelines provided by partners
  • Not engage in fraudulent activity or fake sales

3.5 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for extended periods
  • Creating offensive or inappropriate content

4. Terms for Brands

4.1 Brand Responsibilities

Brands using Goozy must:

  • Provide accurate product information and pricing
  • Honor all discount codes and promotions
  • Process orders promptly and professionally
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Handle customer service and returns according to their policies

4.2 Commission Payment

Brands are responsible for:

  • Setting commission rates for campaigns
  • Ensuring sufficient funds for creator payments
  • Reporting sales accurately through the platform

5. Platform Usage

5.1 Acceptable Use

All users must:

  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or abuse the system
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not share account credentials
  • Maintain the security of their accounts

5.2 Data Security

We take data security seriously. All payment information is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are determined by individual brands. Creators should:

  • Direct customers to the brand's return policy
  • Understand that refunded orders will result in commission deductions
  • Not make guarantees about returns that differ from brand policies

7. Limitation of Liability

Goozy acts as a platform connecting creators and brands. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, delivery, or customer service issues
  • Disputes between creators and brands
  • Loss of earnings due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Content created by users

Our total liability is limited to the amount of commissions or fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Goozy platform, logo, and brand are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the platform without permission
  • Use Goozy branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Creators retain rights to their content but grant Goozy a license to display and promote content for platform marketing purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via:

  • Email notification
  • Platform announcement
  • Updated "Last modified" date

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local regulations. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
